Hi, my name is María González. I’m here because, honestly, I’ve been feeling completely drained—like I’m running on empty. For the past two weeks, I’ve been battling this relentless fatigue, and over the last few days, it’s gotten even worse. I feel short of breath doing things that used to be easy, like climbing stairs or even walking across the school hallway. It’s strange, and it’s starting to worry me.
I’m 38 years old and a school teacher, which means my days are packed. Between grading papers, prepping lessons, and juggling everything else, I’m often up late trying to keep up. I’ll admit, my habits haven’t been great lately. Some days I barely eat a proper meal—lunch is more like an afterthought—and I rely heavily on coffee to get through. Honestly, I’m drinking at least five cups a day. It feels like caffeine is the only thing keeping me upright.
I’ve never had any big health problems, but my grandmother did have anemia. I don’t know if that’s important, but I thought it might be worth mentioning. Oh, and I’m not taking any vitamins or supplements right now. I just don’t know what’s going on, but something feels off. What do you think it could be?
